What is the Digital Service Act?
The Digital Service Act (DSA) is a European Union regulation that came into force on November 16, 2022 and became fully applicable on February 17, 2024.
The DSA establishes harmonized rules for the provision of intermediary services in the internal market, with the aim of creating a safer, more transparent and accountable online environment.
